SubTerrain examines the parking garage as a minimalist structure, a functional space that suggests the cavernous spaces of prehistory. Pillars punctuate a concrete landscape; intentional and accidental marks mix and accumulate; scribbled instructions for workmen share a space with leaks, cracks, and stains. Seemingly archaic echoes within a modern space. An id to the architectural ego.
